Integration check
This Worker calls your Zendesk sandbox and reports what it actually finds, testing the address before the credentials so a transport fault is never mistaken for a bad token. Read only, except for the live ticket test, which cleans up after itself.
What the Worker cannot check for you
- The sidebar renders on a ticket. Open the parent onboarding ticket in the agent workspace after step 1. You should see the clinician name, the readiness meter, and the clinical tasks marked blocked. If the panel says it could not load, the Worker URL in the app settings is wrong.
- The help center panel matches the right person. Sign in to the help center as the clinician in a second browser profile and open the onboarding article. You should see their own request number. Then sign in as any other employee: the panel must say no onboarding request is associated with this account.
- The clinician owns the tickets. While signed in as the clinician, open My activities. Every onboarding ticket should be listed there, the main request and each departmental task, because all of them are raised in their name. In the agent workspace, the requester on each of those tickets should be the clinician rather than your own account.
- Group queues receive the work. After step 1, open the IT and Facilities views in Zendesk and confirm the task tickets are sitting in them. This is the check that fails when
ZENDESK_GROUP_MAP is missing.
